About the Annual General Meeting:
Further details and guidelines on how to use Zoom during the Annual General Meeting will be circulated separately.
The Annual General Meeting will be held for the following purposes:
1. To approve the Minutes from the 2020 Annual General Meeting.
2. To receive the financial statements of the Prince Rupert & District Chamber for the financial year ended December 31, 2020.
3. To formally appoint incoming Directors for 2021/2022, 2022/2023.
4. To receive the President’s Report.
Voting (if necessary) will be facilitated using the Zoom polling platform.
