Chamber Lunch - City of Prince Rupert & PRCC

Join us on January 19th to hear from your Prince Rupert & District Chamber of Commerce, as well as from the City of Prince Rupert's new City Manager, Rob Buchan. Following an update from both organizations, there will be time for table networking with those seated with you and breakout networking rooms for those joining virtually. Chat, get to know other members, and talk about what you do. 
 
This Luncheon is planned to be both in-person at the Lax Kw'alaams Community Hall as well as virtual through zoom. Seating is limited, so if you want to join in person, register early. 
 
A COVID 19 safety plan will be in place, and all regulations will be followed. We will continue to provide meals as individual plates to facilitate continued health and safety.

We are happy to partner with Sunset Lounge & Grill for lunch. Please fill out a pre-order form for the virtual lunch option or in-person options 11:30am on Wednesday January 19th, deadline to pre-order is Monday, January 17th at 3pm.  
Meal Options:
Butter Chicken: House made buttery spiced tomato curry cream, served with Basmati Rice, House Made Naan, and a Caesar Salad
Vegetarian Option: Chaat; soft boiled russets, housemade chips, roasted spiced chickpeas, romas, cilantro, red onion, mint chili/tamarind chutney and raita.
 
Your RSVP is a guarantee of your seat/participation at this virtual event. To be eligible for a full refund cancellations must be received in writing (via email) no later than Monday, June 13th at 3pm.  Cancellations made after this time will be billed, we encourage attendees to find an alternate to attend in their place. To request a cancellation or to make a change to your reservation please e-mail the office.
