Lonnie Wishart has been based in Northwestern BC for almost 30 years, offering a wide range of photography and videography services but specializing in tourism, corporate and industrial. She has worked in a vast range of industrial settings across North America, making workplace safety critical to her. She holds current RailSafe Field Contractor and Construction Safety Training System certificates, and is a Transport Canada certified drone pilot. Services include Still Photography, Videography, Production, Writing, Editing, Motion Graphics Design, Advanced Transport Canada Drone Pilot and General Communication Services.
Although Lonnie often works in other parts of North America, she has been based in Prince Rupert for over + 20 years. Lonnie’s work has been exhibited at institutions such as the Museum of Northern BC, the Museum of Anthropology, the Royal BC Museum, the Royal Ontario Museum, and the Canadian Museum of Civilization. The 22nd annual volume of Scotiabank’s prestigious series of annual photography monographs—Living at the Edge: Canada’s Northwest Coast, by Lonnie Wishart—was released in 2015.
